Adequate but Flawed Stay

The room was clean, and I found the bed comfortable enough.
The air conditioning was severely restricted, so the room remained too warm at night. This made sleeping difficult. I reported it, but I seemed like my concerns were dismissed. The bar service also left much to be desired because the drink selection was limited, seemingly due to a lack of a skilled bartender.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I have no complaints there.
I was disappointed with the bar service one evening. They said the bartender could not come in. The replacement only knew how to make mojitos. This was not ideal.
